The carpet looks great. I had lots of spots on the carpet caused by animals, and those spots are gone and/ or not noticeable. A big plus was the carpet was mostly dry after 6 hours.

The cleaning technician Alan was excellent in every respect, better than a 10. He explained things very clearly and was patient with our questions. He worked efficiently and was so careful not to bump or scratch any furniture. He was thoughtful and kind. We will definitely ask for Alan next time.
