The guy was very manner able. The came in did there work and cleaned up after them selves.
We had our air ducts, gameroom carpet, and steps cleaned. We had 2 different teams show up on back to back days. The professionalism, customer service, transparent communication and respect for property was outstanding. I appreciated the step by step walk through of what to expect during treatment and after. Seeing the before, during, and after photos was eye opening as well.
David & Javon were the team who did the air duct cleaning. They were both super friendly and personable and answered any questions I had, including about my upcoming carpet cleaning. David gave me advice on what to expect the first couple days post cleaning.
Anthony was the tech who cleaned my carpets. He was very friendly, gave me some advice based on my giving history of the carpet, and provided details about what to expect.
The difference in the air quality in the house was noticeable within the first hour after treatment and the fresh clean smell of the carpet makes it look new.

Our service provider was very nice and respectful and did a fantastic job. Our grout has not looked this good since it was installed. I have cleaned the grout twice since it was installed on my hands and knees and he did a much better job than I did. I highly recommend Zerorez for grout cleaning. Our floors look wonderful.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly explained the process, gave recommendations for pet stain areas and did an excellent job. My carpets look almost as good as the day they were installed! Will definitely use Zerorez again and again!
It was easy to schedule the service. The technician arrived on time, after the promised phone call saying he was on the way. He was very thorough; the whole process only took about 45 minutes; and the carpet looks great.
I have been using Zerorez for many many years. I’m always very happy with the way. Our carpet looks after it’s been cleaned, and if there were issues, it was corrected immediately I even had to have to come back because of the bedrooms, which she did an amazing job at.
