This is the second time, I have used Zerorez to clean my rugs. As before the service was stellar. Miguel called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived promptly. We went over what I wanted. He explained in detail what he was going to do, just as before. Miguel did a great job and the rug looks new again. Their prices are are very reasonable. I would recommend them for any rug cleaning and wiil definitely use them again. Thank you for such professional , caring, and wonderful experience.

Our carpets look very nice. We had quite a few to be cleaned and Ta was up to the challenge. He was doing all of this on his own today because his workmates were home with the flu. He is a hard worker and a conscientious young man.
Ta is a terrific young man. He was professional in every sense. He was polite, pleasant, efficient, careful and thorough. We were pleased with the results and how Ta handled things.
Our area tug was of a concern about how he would be taking care of it because it is an expensive, one of a kind piece. It looks great! We will be asking for Ta in the future!
