They came out next day, cleaned 3 rooms, the hallway, and the stairs in about an hour. Looks great, smells better. Stairs are still wet two days later, but overall great job. We originally got the basic clean, but we were upsold when the cleaner got here to include odor remover/high trafiic cleaning.

Our tech Steven G was super friendly and took extra care with his hoses to keep the floors clean & not to drag dirt or mud into the house. He did a great job! We do have a stain that unfortunately didnt come out and may require a 2nd treatment

Fabian my tech, did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. He sprayed each room with the amazing orange peel oil and thoroughly vacuumed each room! Then he gave me some advice on a yellow jacket problem I had!
