We invited three carpet cleaning companies to quote and clean our carpet. It was crazy how they gave us introductory quotes over the phone with the same information that Zerorez was given. However when they showed up all is they wanted to do was talk negatives and upcharge the quote. Your rep came to to house and did exactly what we hired you to do, clean the carpet. A job done when you said you’d do it for the amount agreed to and the entire project was handled over the phone. Pictures were sent for every room to verify the work was complete. A true win/win!

1st time using Zerorez. When I scheduled the work I was told the price for the job would cost $292.50. Tabias arrived early for the appointment which was much appreciated. The only thing I wasn’t expecting is for the added treatment he recommended was $499. We decided not to do the staircase which didn’t need cleaned. Tabias deducted that portion and still came out to an extra $206.50?

We asked him if he could discount the cost and he and his supervisor brought it down to $450.

All and all Tabias was friendly and professional and did a good job! We will use your services again.

I like that you do not use soaps that make the rugs dirtier afterwards from everything sticking to them. The technicians are very professional and thorough. The cost for the deep dog spot cleaning was very pricy though. I opted for the whole room pet treatment and it still added up. But I was satisfied with the results. There was some smell lingering when it was still
Wet. But once it was dry and I applied some deodorizer it was much better.

Professional and wonderful. Thank you so very much for my duct cleaning. And not to mention very clean!! I will definitely be using your services again soon.
