Liked that it is no chemicals and heard good things about your company. I felt it took a lot longer to dry than stated but all is fine. Carpet looks good and wear in traffic areas look a lot better and seemed to have cleaned up nicely.

They were So professional and kind! They did an amazing job on my carpet.
Chris was my technician. He was very kind, patient, and pleasant along with being knowledgeable. I was apprehensive that I would be sent a newly to clean my carpet. Christ stated that he has been with ZeroRez for 10 years so I felt more assured that he kneel what he was talking about. My carpet was thoroughly cleaned in about an hour. I was happy that the carpet was not as wet as it would be with another company. I will definitely use them again as long as Chris comes to do it!!
