Michael and Moses, what I consider a miracle, explained the process to try an eliminate the smell and stains. I was skeptical, to my surprise when the carpet dried it looked almost new. The technicians were prompt and professional. When they arrived, they both smiled and introduced themselves. The cleaning process was again explained, Anthony asked if I had any questions, and the work started quickly. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and would not use another company.
