The technician was prompt, explained what he was going to do and what options for add-ons were available. He was efficient in completing the work (which was pristine) and made sure we were happy with the results before leaving and explaining how long it would take to dry leaving us with booties to wear if we had to walk on the carpet before it was completely dry.

I thought the service personnel were very professional, cognizant of their products and what they would/wouldn’t do and could accurately set expectations regarding their performance. We were very pleased with their work and how nice the carpets appeared afterwards. They had estimated that the task would take around 2 hours and about 2 hours after they started they were finished! Very satisfying service. Money well spent.
