All the Technicians we've ever had come to our home are well trained, reliable, friendly, informative and willing to go above and beyond the norm.
This time when the cleaning was done there were a few stains left. But, Braydon did an incredibly job with an impossible situation! He treated the areas that needed it and kept working and going over the bad spots. We are grateful for all the hard work he put in and the kindness he found time to share! He is truly amazing! I was amazed at how quickly he was able to get it done. This is so much less expensive than replacing my carpet and sofas. One of my sofas is almost 15 years old and I thought I was going to have to throw it out. It looks almost new again – The stains are out.

Oh goodness, we love the friendly technician, and how knowledgeable he is about stains, solutions and recommendations - and how thoroughly he cleans. Good timely service

I have been getting carpets cleaned for a few decades, but this was by far my best experience. Jay, my technician did an excellent job. He actually removed a stain that the prior technician from another company was unable to remove. Jay was friendly, prompt & did a fantastic job. He also explained the process in depth. He informed us of your other services as well as the benefit of getting those services. I will definitely use your company again, and hopefully I am allowed to request Jay.
