We've been using Zerorez for years & have always been very happy. My one issue is when getting a quote you need to let people know you charge a separate $25 service fee. I was quoted $109 then after the work was done my total was $130. You need to give your customers the total price up front & not leave it up to your techs to tell us after the job is done. I know it's not the techs fault on the final price, but I'm sure a lot of othe people do blame your techs, which is not fair. I was fine with paying $130. I just didn't like that I wasn't given the total price initially.
I like the water extraction method of cleaning as it does not leave a trail of anything but “clean” behind. Our technician , John, was a pro & worked his magic on our 12 year old+ carpets.

We received some great service. It started with how easy it was to schedule the appointment. The person that come to do the service was able to answer all of my questions.
The job before me ran late and I received a call and message indicating that and that they would call 30 mins before arriving.
Ronnie, Tony & Tony were great to deal with. They are knowledgeable and professional. They did a thorough job of cleaning our vents and installing our whole house air cleaner. We look forward to our carpets being cleaned next!!

The carpet got back to original color. The citrus fragrance was not too strong, and was gone quickly. Joseph was friendly and professional and explained all the carpet cleaning details thoroughly.

I have been using Zenorez for about 7-8 years and I could not be happier. It is a older carpet but when they clean it, it looks so great. And Daniel has done our carpeting and he is so thorough.. He also did our recliners and was fantastic doing those. I really like the company and it does not take that long to dry. Wonderful company!!!

There was a problem with the results of my first cleaning. Within 30 minutes of my phone call voicing my concern, the manager John was at my house to investigate. He was back at my house the very next morning to make things right. My carpets look brand new. Their customer service was above and beyond. Highly recommend!!
