Love how the work done is always amazing. The tech is always friendly and y'all are always able to knock out the craziest of random stains that hit my carpet. The best thing is that there is no serious chemicals used and my pets can roam around safely after my carpets get cleaned.
My technician was on-time, and in fact was able to arrive a little early (after first calling to ensure this was okay with me and it was) making it even more convenient. He was very professional, explained the entire process from start to finish, and ensured that I was fully satisfied with his work, which I was. Overall, great experience. Thank you!

Very respectable did not try to over sale very courteous
Gray was nice and informative. He did not sugar-coat anything and made no promises. However, your website is misleading claiming to clean pet odor and spots, which is why I decided to use your company. Granted, we have old carpet (probably the original), and I have had some pet accidents and deliberates. I have purchaed a room divider which will keep my cat out of that area from this point forward, but I can still smell the odor.
