However, the truck exhaust damaged a hydrangea in a bed adjacent to the drive way. The damage is extensive enough that I’m not sure the plant will survive. I called the office on Friday to report the issue and had to leave a message for the manager who was not available. Haven’t heard back yet, but this is Sunday, he probably hasn’t been back to work since once Friday. I have pictures if you would like them.
I’d recommend not posting this. I’m sure y’all will do the right thing. No need to clutter up your reviews.

We love everything about this company! From my first phone call to get info and make an appointment - Joanne is the nicest person in the world and totally explained everything to me. So friendly & answered all my questions without getting annoyed. Then the technician that came to our home was wonderful! He was a hard worker and made the carpet and the tiled kitchen floor and dining room look brand new! I would highly recommend this company.
Wade was professional throughout the course of work. He called beforehand to confirm his arrival time. He explained the treatment and cleaning process. Overall, the cleaning was quick, and our carpet looks wonderful. I would use Zerorez again!

It was very easy to schedule to have my carpets cleaned and the person doing the scheduling was very nice and professional. Logan did a great job on cleaning our carpets and was very friendly and answered all our questions. Would definitely ask for Logan next time.

I hate cleaning grout in my steam shower, and I needed help as it was getting out of control, so I had zerorez come out and the technician did a swell job. Still a slight discoloration but a million times better than what it was.
It was very fast and easy to schedule online and available dates weren’t a month out.
The service
Mattress are so fresh and clean! They did a great job. I noticed they're hoes leaked water out of the end on the carpet when they were carrying stuff in and I had to wipe it up. But my carpets look great and they're so fresh and clean. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.
