Zerorez has kept my carpets clean for nearly 25 years! That is saying a lot. Jack was a skilled technician who used just the right amount of water/solution so that drying took hours rather than days.

Overall, they did a good job. I am not pleased with one area, but the carpet is old and stained in that particular area. I wish one area was a little cleaner, but it may be just the carpet. The technician was kind and professional, and on time.
