Carpet looks great. A trail of the cleaner liquid was left on my wood floor probably as he exited the house, but it didn't leave any damage. I just mopped it up.

The vents cleaning and carpet cleaning was awesome. I’d recommend doing the vents first, and then the carpet cleaning afterwards. all the technicians are truly professionals.

Service techs helpfully explained everything, worked through what I wanted, etc.
I do have one recommendation: We have older carpets, and the heaviest traffic areas have less padding, so more water remained and took a full 24 hours to dry, with towels to absorb some water, etc.
Perhaps if they recognized or asked if this is old carpet, then run the cleaning/vacuum head over these wetter areas a second or third time?

The tech was very friendly, knowledgeable, the service was quick. Afterwards, the tech also gave us insight on future maintenance of air ducts and time frames. As homeowners you hardly think about those things but it’s good to have it on regular routine maintenance for optimum efficiency. I notice our home gets cooler quicker now the air comes out more fuller. I’m glad a called Zerorez for the service! Thank you !
The end result of my area, rugs, being cleaned, my carpet on the stairs and in the master bedroom is beautiful! And especially the tile in my primary bath. It looks brand new - it was in dire need of cleaning. The grout was ivory to match the tile and it looked like it was dark in many places. Now it looks as it did when we first built the house
