Ron talked me through the entire process. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I did the air duct cleaning and after it was over, you could immediately tell a difference. The air felt cleaner, the ac worked better. It was great.

As soon as Joseph walked in, he and my husband walked through our home to survey the carpets. He asked if we wanted an extra scotchgard, I believe, we couldn't afford the extra cost, and he didn't pressure us. He got to work and the carpets turned our beautifully, the stains were gone! The carpets were dry by nightfall. Great product, we'll be using them in the future.
