Client Testimonials

We have used Zerorez for many years and have always been extremely happy with the service.

My grandson smeared diaper rash cream all over my carpet. YIKES! Zerorez came out the very next day and dealt with the problem. Thank you! If I had to replace that carpet it would have been very expensive. So grateful.

Chase did a great job. He was friendly and thorough

Made my carpet runners look like new again. The employee who came was extremely courteous and prompt. Scheduling was a breeze.

Zerorez has been my go-to cleaning service for several years. The quality of the products and the professionalism of the crew is Outstanding. Kendall, the team leader did an Outstanding job in explaining the processes. I had several different floor surfaces to be cleaned. As well as an upholstered sofa. Each of these areas were thoroughly cleaned by Kendall and Logan. Also, as Kendall explained the processes and noted I had area rugs as well, he recommended their rug cleaning process. I then had him take two rugs back to their facility to get cleaned. I am very pleased with the great job they all did and highly recommend Zerorez as well as the team of Kendall and Logan.

Prompt, efficient

Techs was very knowledgeable of the process and kept my property clean and explained the process throughout

Amazing service. Technician was the best!!!!

Great job on time and so pleased with the results

As always, excellent service. At our request, Jorge Martinez came with a nice young man (Mike or Mark?)
Showed up on time, moved quickly and efficiently....suggested scotch guard for the carpets, which I did before,...great idea! Very cautious near walls, corners.
Both were very polite and worked great together!
Will ask for both again next time I use your service!

Professional, well mannered, respectful of property, efficient and done in a reasonable amount of time.

What can I say. Carpet looks great. Stains all gone. This guy worked hard and we are very pleased.

Cristian and Alex were great—very professional and took the time to answer all my questions about the duct cleaning. Highly recommend!

Friendly and easy to schedule

Nathan, the technician that carried out the service order was very patient and explained everything well. I also did not have to move furniture, as he did that as he worked. Everything went the way he said it would, we are happy with the cleaning.

No chemicals.

We just had our carpets cleaned yesterday and as always a superior job. Look forward to the next time with confidence. I appreciate your specials as a senior, it helps..

Zerorez has cleaned my house carpets several times and they always do a great job. Stains do not stand a chance with them. They are professional and quick, respecting my time, home, and wallet. I like them so much, I took a chance with them cleaning the carpets at my work. This is a huge space. I was NOT disappointed. Prompt, professional, quick, and the carpets look like new. Their prices beat the prior company we used as well.

You are the only company I will use to have my carpets cleaned. I love the results.

Competent and timely

It WORKS!

Our prior large home that had lots and lots of carpeting. Over the years we tried numerous carpet cleaning companies and were never completely satisfied… until we discovered ZeroreZ; now we call them first.

This week was no exception. We call on them to help us with a large, high-end area rug and a much-loved, “over-dogged” fabric loveseat. They both look as new. Actually, the sofa looks better than it ever has!

Thank you Caesar for great, knowledgeable and focused work. You’re a shining star for your company!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
