Alejandro was industrious, knowledgeable and worked quickly to remove some difficult spots.
Spots improved although not completely resolved (completed eradication was not expected) but one spot (toddler with a mascara wand wand) which had been treated before by another carpet cleaner was much improved.

The pet stains are gone! I can’t believe it. They had been there for months. And I can’t smell the odor anymore. So pleased!
