I appreciate the honesty of your service people. My tech offered me a better solution to removing pet odors from my carpet. He was flexible in that i had a certain amount of money i wanted to spent and could not afford to do my couch, so instead i got the deep spot cleaning. Loved it
The team, sorry I do not remember their names, were friendly, professional and thorough. One gentleman was the trainer and one a trainee. I was impressed by both men. The trainer was patient and guided the trainee without being either condescending or doing all of the work for the trainee. They worked as a team. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and will again. I have also recommended Zerorez to my friends and family.
I like that they came out the same day; I like that the rugs weren't left soggy wet, and dried pretty quickly; and they look great right now. The only thing I was not sure of is how much it cost for 3 runners and 3 area rugs, when the prices I saw online for whole rooms oof carpeting to be cleaned was so much less than our 3 area rugs and 3 runners! I think we will look elsewhere next time, if we need our rugs cleaned.

Great service. And my technician. Believe his name was Tristan. Phenomenal. Would recommend for anyone with dirty air ducts. We had just purchased a home and the air ducts were filthy. Zerorez made the process of scheduling simple and quick!
