I love the cleaning products that are used are plant based . The carpets are left looking and feeling and smelling like new. They dry quickly and the technician’s are friendly , respectful and make sure that I understand what the process is .

Punctual and completed the work as needed. They went to town on a very dirty section of tile, calling in reinforcements (machines and people) and got it done well. Carpet portions look good too.

Cleaned some stubborn dirty spots. Very experienced employee application. Left the house clean. Quick. Did five rooms in an hour.
My one concern was an added $35 charge for “set up”? You should be clear about charges up front.
Carpets are less wet and there is no smell.
Zerorez allowed us to schedule our cleaning when we required it to be done. Technician arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. Carpet looks great afterwards, all spilled wine stains are gone. We are very happy with the process and results having Zerorez clean our carpeting. The cost was very reasonable. Their quote was one of the lowest from 7 different companies. We will call Zerorez again the next time we need our carpets cleaned.
