Prompt and thorough!!! Kenneth has lots of patience as I was not able to be at our new place and I was given the wrong codes by the realtor. Everything worked out in the end but there was a lot of confusion with the codes until I heard back from our realtor. Kenneth was great through it all!!! He was good at communicating as well
