My carpet had black stains from tenants renting my home for two years. I thought the carpet was ruined and would need replaced but figured I'd try to have it cleaned as a last ditch effort. The technician assured me after seeing the stains that he could get them out and sure enough, they came out! I was so pleasantly surprised.
The customer service experience with the scheduling office was a little disorganized (I made an appt then was called the next day saying I'd been double booked and would need to reschedule) but the technician was friendly, punctual, professional and did great work.
