I liked how helpful the staff was, and how clean and inviting the facility was.
Everything! Beautiful studio, easy parking, wonderful instructors, happy and welcoming atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend a weekly class for extreme beginners who have never done CPY - C1 to be specific. I have a lot of friends who want to try CPY but feel intimidated.
Studio is clean and staff are friendly. Instructors are great at providing verbal feedback during class. I wish it was less expensive but prices are on par with other studios in the area.

Friendliest of staff. The high positive energy of the instructors. The yoga sculpt has yoga, weights, and cardio and it's always different so you never get bored.

Friendly staff and fun classes
The instructor Felicia was extremely friendly and helpful. It was my first time doing yoga ever and she was awesome. She made me feel comfortable and included. She help guide me with some poses I didnt know. She talked with me before and after class. Everything about the facility was just amazing. 👍🏾
Very nice studio and classes
The teacher was great. The tempo of the class was perfect, started slow and then picked up tempo. Everyone at the studio was very friendly
