Your instructors are amazing. It was my first time in a long time attending a Core Power sculpt class, and I don't know why. My instructor was Brittany Herzenberg. I must say she was incredible! So motivating, willing to assist when I needed it, and she was able to give the large class her all. I will def be coming back for more.

I love the variety of classes and instructors. I also love the studio from the cleanliness, to the products offered such as equipment (blocks and straps) , lockers and showers.

The staff was very welcoming for my first visit! I felt like they were truly excited I was there and wanted to know if I enjoyed the class but it was the friendly atmosphere that will bring me back!
Sybil's class was fun, challenging and a great workout. I appreciated her ability to connect so easily with the class and share about herself in a meaningful way to our practice. This studio is also very clean, welcoming and has parking!

The atmosphere that corepower works to create is always so positive and welcoming. No matter what I have going on in my life, I can always count on a yoga class to raise my spirits and motivate me to succeed both on and off the mat.
Great yoga instructors, so friendly and really take the time to help you with your practice. They are wonderful at remembering your name and greeting you when you show up. It really makes you feel welcome and gives you the desire to keep going.
