I love how CPY takes traditional yoga and ups the difficulty. I have always considered yoga a fantastic workout and a great way to supplement weights and cardio. But CPY takes all three of those workouts and combines them in a fun, difficult way. The studios, locker rooms, and location are all fantastic as well!
