Friendly staff

The staff is welcoming and there is a variety of classes to choose from.

Everyone in the studio is very kind and all of the instructors are very accommodating for everyone. It’s a peaceful environment and every class I take I always end up in a better mental state than when I began. My body has learned to relax and be well regulated thanks to all of the different classes I’ve taken. I appreciate the time all the instructors take at the end of class to get the class in sync with their breathing.

I like the Sculpt and Strength X classes the best -- they usually seem well-sequenced (depending on the instructor) and are a good use of my time in that I seem to get a good, balanced workout for the time I spend going to/from the studio and actually attending class.

I really like the variety of classes and how much the instructors care. The fun extra programs they do like the inversion workshop or Top Gun class are really fun.

Corepower creates such an amazing community especially in the Fair Oaks area. Everyone so kind and happy and it always keeps me coming back and excited to take class. Classes are so well taught and teachers are experienced and love to engage with their students.

Everyone so professional and charming and knowledgeable, the studio can be a little cleaner a d you guys need mire studio’s and mire rooms at fair oaks location sometimes we can't move or fi some positions because we are so close with each other and also you are getting the sweat from your neighbors, but teachers they are amazing!!!!!!!

Great experience at this location. Came for a few morning sculpt classes while visiting from Phoenix. I saw there was a studio in SAC and decided to come by. Lizzie was amazing, I loved her class and it wasn’t too hot. I feel like sometimes sculpt isn’t enjoyable when the room is turned up too high. It seemed like a perfect temp and it was a great workout. Loved the ending message after class and sharing her birthday with us. Happy birthday again Lizzie! Thanks for a great experience
