It’s a different kind of workout from my regular routine. I enjoy yoga but adding the heat factor takes it up a notch. I also like how there are new types of classes added such as the strength ones.

I was visiting from Colorado due to work in the area. Nicole was so welcoming and taught a fun, buttkicking workout. Made my work trip way more enjoyable.

I like the many different class options and times throughout the week. All the instructors are great! Fun, challenging, and a fantastic way to grow (mentally and physically). Happy to be part of the CPY family :)

Friendly staff

The staff is welcoming and there is a variety of classes to choose from.

Everyone in the studio is very kind and all of the instructors are very accommodating for everyone. It’s a peaceful environment and every class I take I always end up in a better mental state than when I began. My body has learned to relax and be well regulated thanks to all of the different classes I’ve taken. I appreciate the time all the instructors take at the end of class to get the class in sync with their breathing.

I like the Sculpt and Strength X classes the best -- they usually seem well-sequenced (depending on the instructor) and are a good use of my time in that I seem to get a good, balanced workout for the time I spend going to/from the studio and actually attending class.

I really like the variety of classes and how much the instructors care. The fun extra programs they do like the inversion workshop or Top Gun class are really fun.

Corepower creates such an amazing community especially in the Fair Oaks area. Everyone so kind and happy and it always keeps me coming back and excited to take class. Classes are so well taught and teachers are experienced and love to engage with their students.
