That I can get a great (less yoga centric) workout with Sculpt and Strength X on top of great yoga classes like C2 and C1 (shoutout Keith!).
If I had one request, it would be for CorePower to add more Strength X and Sculpt classes to its schedule. For ex, lunch-time Strength Xs and more mid-morning and afternoon (e.g. 9 or 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. or more 4 p.m. Sculpts or Strength Xs) for folks whose schedules vary and so we're not all crowding one in another in some of the most popular and highly attended Sculpt or Strength X classes at the moment. When it's crowded, it waters down the studio experience some and makes it feel more like a "gym" so that's the one thing that would be great if Fair Oaks could get the OK to add more classes at these various and staggered class times!

It really was not an experience but an adventure as I never tried Yoga. I am an older guy so it is really not important if I liked it or not. I was really seeking body core conditioning. I am not fleet of foot nor flexable so I could not keep up. The trainers and facility was top notch, great .

I welcome the challenging Yoga Sculpt, CSX and C2 classes. Over 3-4 years of taking classes I have seen a notable improvement in my physique. Great workout for 60+ individuals.
I appreciate the very hard working and capable instruction for the Yoga 1, 2 and CX classes. There are always interesting new twists to the routines to challenge us in class to progress physically and spiritually.
