Great energy from teach and great class
I've been to a bunch of different corepowers, from LA, OC, San Diego, NYC, and have to say I really love this studio. Tomi, the instructor was great and on point with his queues. I know he was a sub but I hope to attend another one of his classes in the future.
The community vibe
Basically a first timer, Shauna was great answered questions before practice and gave me tips to "survive" hot fusion. Kind, knowledge and understanding of the limitations of a newbie- all evident in the way Shauna presented herself. I appreciate her efforts.
I love how motivating all of the teachers are. They have such good energy and inspire me to want to do more. They recognize their students and know most by name! I love this studio and get an amazing workout every class!

I attended a CoreRestore guided by Shana. What an amazing experience. My spirit had been depleted and longing for centeredness, awareness, and healing. CoreRestore allowed me the opportunity to get introspective with myself, leaving me with a sense of wellbeing I have not felt in a long time. I will be attending more classes in the future as part of my journey into self-care and wholeness.

Loved the class lead by Bill, it was just the right amounf of pulse, push and calm that I need from yoga. I don't get to enjoy these classes often and am so thankful this one was just fantastic.
Great community, classes, teacher, and overall experience! Took a teacher training for yoga sculpt and definitely was worth my time. Very uplifting spaces surrounded by great minds
