Great studio. Instructors were great and the studio is clean and well equipped. Unfortunately what used to be my favorite activity (hot yoga) increased some of my current body pain, so I’m going to have to hold off for a while.

The instructor had a nice playlist, squeeze the juice out of us, cares about variations and correct body posture, I loved it.... she made the students broke the ice among students... I'm thankful I going to be there next week definitely

It's a great yoga studio. friendly staff and very clean facility.
I enjoy the Yoga Sculpt classes and find the times they are offered very convenient. I would like more of other types of classes--particularly ones that are not in overly heated rooms. I would like some more traditional yoga offerings in the evenings or weekends (C1 especially).

I love the community at Core Power Fair Oaks and the experienced teachers that lead that community. Julie is my favorite and brings something special to every class/flow/intention.

It was an amazing class. Instructor was friendly and provided such good verb and physical cues.
The teachers are all welcoming and very good. I come there specifically for the hot fusion class as there is just the right amount of flow to keep me strong without getting injured . I also like that the class is one hour. The class also has the right balance of classic hot yoga postures. Th e studio is clean with great showers and dressing rooms. I wish a weekend class would come back or an afternoon class.

Tamara is an awesome teacher and she provides a friendly environment for the students and staff. The teachers are all very supportive of your practice and take time to help you with your questions and provide modifications to assist you in getting the most out of your practice.

The only thing I would change about my experience is having a CorePower closer to home! One in midtown would be ideal.
