Great studio. Beautiful & clean! Great class and instructor. I usually go to the Peninsula studios but visit Folsom on sometimes. Love the studio. Will be back. Hope to see more CorePower in the area eventually?
The community experience is great!
Super great just wish there were other studios. The sculpt class was also only 45 min whereas other corepowers I have been to they were an hour so it allowed for appropriate cool down time which was not written into this class.
I practice all over the country at Core Power. The Sacramento location is by far my favorite. It is extremely clean and the equipment is in great shape. The teachers are truly incredible. They make the studio feel like family.
Always a truly great experience in one of the hot yoga classes here. I am only always my friend, Samantha's guest but I plant to get myself a membership once I can get out of debt (this year) Thats really the only reason why I can't sign up sooner. Thanks for all you do!
this it was the second time i when there invited by Salma last Saturday. I love your place, I wish you guys have better prices, I would only like to go on Saturdays.

The variety of classes that support various levels of skill.
I was lost with my workouts and knew I needed to do something different. After three C-sections, (my youngest child is 16 months old) my body was not the same. My body ached when I walked, and I was always in pain. My mobility was limited. At the age of 44, i tried Yoga for the first time. After 25 sessions, my pain has gone away, i have increased flexibility, my mood is better, and my posture has improved. I am now eating better and taking care of myself more. I am excited to continue with core power yoga and can't wait to reach 100 classes. Thank you, Core Power Yoga, and to all the instructors for their guidance and knowledge. Bendiciones.
I really enjoy the different levels of yoga and core work outs. The studio is very clean and organized.
