I have never had an issue with Rapid Refill's printer cartridges until last week...for some reason 2 of the five I bought could not be recognized by my printer. I brought them back and, without asking, the employee exchanged them for 2 new ones. Also, she was very apologetic. Thank you! (The exchanged cartridges worked great)
