I walked in with my empty cartridges and was met with very friendly and prompt service. The sales associate quickly located the new cartridges I needed and completed the transaction. The icing on the cake was how kind the two individuals working were to my seven-year-old son while we were in the store. They let him have two stickers and ring the bell. He thought that was awesome!
