Friendly service and being able to save money on ink for our printers. It would be great to have an outlet in the Detroit Lakes, MN area to make it more convenient for us. We go to Fargo, ND to get our ink now.

I like the closeness of the store to my home - convenient! On a recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised to have a cartridge that my printer designated as damaged replaced at no charge.
