Very HAPPY with the products and services. The service could remember to offer the senior savings discount of 10% off RRI brand on the first Friday of the month. The last two times I have sent my husband in to purchase rapid refill band ink cartridges, and he has forgot to ask about the discount. I guess maybe it is up to me to pick up my own refill ink cartridges and get the discount!! Just a reminder of part of the service.

Their products always works very well and just as good as the original products, but at a much cheaper price. They are knowledgeable about all the products that currently out there and usually have their own refills for most of those products. They stand behind there products.
I like that you carry products for older printers that most retail stores don't carry.
