The products are very streamlined, efficient and are perfect for our locations. Braden and Joe took the time to explain different options to me, and worked closely with me to get exactly the right machine we needed. The guys that installed and set them up were more than helpful with my entire staff, and have came back to our offices on numerous occasions when we have had some "user difficulties" and have always helped our employees with their issues with a smile.

I like the fact that you always give us a call to see if we need anything, even though I usually say no and call within just a couple days to say YES I need some ink, Lol. You offer to deliver it to us which is fabulous, we get so busy that we don't have the availability to come and pick it up. Excellent service, whenever we have a problem with our printer or ink cartridge, etc. you always come out and look things over!

Color printer wasn't working well and thought it might need a cleaning but all it needed was cartridges that had more ink. They could have charged more to do more work but they were honest and did only what was needed. Thank you
