There has only been one time that I could only get 1 cartridge instead of two, but I was pleased to even get one during the heart of the pandemic. I have been using Rapid Response replacement ink for years. Their products usually works, if not will replace without any questions. A couple of occasions my printer would not function, the staff, Bruce, was able to trouble-shoot the problems. Would be lost without their services and products. Ted
