Always found the store to be very helpful except a message should have been sent when the location changed. Luckily it was on a phone message as the notice on the window had been removed.
My printer was causing me some problems. I took a sample of a printed paper to Printer Source and they were able immediately to tell me what caused the problem. Then I was able to take the printer to them and they put in the new paint cartridges that were needed.
I love the prompt friendly service! For a small business --it very important for those things you forget to order.They kept in touch making sure I had the things I needed-Thank you!

AMAZING TEAM!!! We were in a bind stuck paying almost 800 dollars a month on toner and one day.... in walked our saviours... It's like the printer gods themselves had sent them down to save us.... :) they were able to cut our costs tremendously Not to mention Their maintenance service is on point!! Two weeks into having our new printer they noticed it was having a connection problem with the Internet and drove from Jackson to Adrian without even being asked to make sure everything was OK.
