Good products at a reasonable price
The ink replces works very well in my copier. Have not had and problems with any of the colors. Very good product.

The service is ALWAYS PHENOMENAL. For example, one day I sent my husband to Rapid Response Ink to purchase refills for our printer, but he forgot the credit card at home and was $10 short with cash. The Rapid Response agent wrote the balance due on the receipt and still gave my husband the refills.
When my husband shared with me what transpired, I was like, "Wow, you can't get personable service like this from the big box companies". I paid the bill, but I really appreciated the fact that my husband was not inconvenienced. Thanks Rapid Response for showing us LOVE. For trusting my husband, I'm a customer for LIFE!!

I can get the ink cartridges that I need in town instead of having them shipped. If I have a problem with a cartridge I can bring it back to the store and get a replacement. Everyone is very helpful and friendly when I go to JetEx. The price for the cartridges are much better than getting them in an office supply store. I've been getting my ink cartridges at JetEx for almost 2 years and I will continue to get them at JetEx.
