The staff is very kind, caring and helpful. Always willing to help me with my ink cartridges, my printer, etc. Was just there and bought a Canon printer. I got it all hooked up, but couldn't get it to work. One quick call to this store, I was helped and did what I was told and it was running. It is working great.
