I called to see if we could get a different roller on our ink cartridge and the staff said yes come on in. I didn't make it that day because of a busy work day and they showed up at our office the next day with a new ink cartridge. They are very dependable and quick to answer your questions.

I Bought a new printer in February of this year (old one had a almost full ink absorber). I found installing the new printer was more complex than I had anticipated. Printer Source plus provided me the services of a service technician (Noah Horsch). He had me up and running quickly - Very knowledgeable young man. I am very pleased with my new printer and knowing I will be provided excellent service if and when I need it.
