I couldn't be more satisfied with my shopping experience at Printer Source Plus, in Jackson, Michigan. Manager, Amber Hoard, was very patient with me and thorough in explaining different features of the Epson printer she recommended. President and CEO, Joe Sharpe, introduced himself with a smile and a handshake. Both, Joe and Amber, were much more knowledgeable about the products they sell versus the large electronic chain stores. At Printer Source Plus, I walked away feeling like I'd just visited an old fashioned small business where Joe and Amber were much less concerned with how much money I was spending and more concerned with filling my printer needs, all at a very fair and reasonable price. I'm looking forward to visiting Printer Source Plus again for all my ink and printer needs. Thank you so much, Joe and Amber, my Epson WorkForce Pro 5790 is working fabulous.

We love that Printer Source Plus is a local, family owned business. Their whole family plays a part in their business and you can tell their employees are treated like family as well. Noah, Phil and Mike are awesome! But don't forget Joe, Karen, Sylvia and Amber! Everyone we've interacted with has been great. They are there to help no matter how significant or insignificant the problem is. Every call, every question, they are there ready to figure it out and they make it a priority to get to your business. We love that they treat their customers like they are a part of their of their family too. That is just something you don't find in a business anymore, especially those big name companies. We are so glad we went with them for all our printer/copier needs.
