I have not had any problems with the ink, however I have had problems with the cartridges and had to return to the store for replacements. This happened when the store was Rapid Refill and once when it was Rapid Response.

I like the economy of the ink, the availability of the store to my home, the friendliness of the staff, the smallness of the company, the fact that my printer can be tuned-up, and the fact that the packaging/cartridges can be recycled. Makes everyday Earth Day!
Less expensive and they work great...I have had a couple that the chip didn't work well but it was never a problem to exchange them...the people in the Fargo store are always so helpful
