Always good products at a good price, and when I had a problem with my printer they would tell me to bring it to the store an if it were repairable they did it quickly without a cost to us!
They carry other printers & printing needs at a fair price. One stop shop! Many in my family use their services.

You need no special instructions just pop that ink cartridge in and it works. You don't have to join some special rewards program and you always get a discount you don't have to bring the ink cartridge back.
