its so relaxinggggggggggggg.
after a long time my body was so sore which was great feeling tho. I signed up today lets see I hope I lose inches in my arms and Love handles.
it is a KILLER workout. I am having to adjust to the heat in the room. Not a huge fan of heat during my workout, in fact i try to avoid the heat at all cost in my everyday life. But I really feel a difference do yoga and sculpt in the heat.
Heated floors...way nicer and easier to breathe than blown air.

The schedule is great for me and the instructors are amazing.
The teachers and the classes are awesome.
I love how the classes aren't too big and the teachers know what they're talking about and can come assist if you're in the wrong position. I also like how they promote a judgement free area and try to get the classmates to become/feel like a community.
