Convenience of the location and class times. The instructors are excellent!
It was my first sculpt class in my free week and I was given a nice welcome and all the information I needed to get comfortable in the class. I have never sweat as much in all my life and I nearly passed out but these are all lessons for next time. Drink more water prior to class!

Professional. Facility is clean (blackhawk) and organized. Nicole was fantastic at YogaSculpt. I love how she's so positive and helps correct and how she talks to the beat of the music. lots of positive energy from her!! LOve it!
