It's a clean and beautiful facility with some really nice energetic instructors. Christie is awesome and fun. Take her class and be prepared to have a vigorous vinyasa flow with a lot of infused energy to get you through the hot workout.
Great music, faster paced style of yoga, you can tell there is a 'standard' way of teaching throughout the classes so you know what to expect, clean studios and cute clothes!

The studio is new and fresh unlike many other in the neighborhood. Yoga Coaches are friendly and welcoming. Core Power Yoga can be for beginner to intermediate to advance and is a good blend of hot yoga and not so hot yoga.
