Was a wonderful experience and is each time I drop in for a class, All the studio facilities are very well maintained , the hot room colors , lighting , heat and music create a space in which one can easily drop into the mindful , meditative and spiritual aspect of their practice , unlike some other studios where the room is too sterile and almost industrial. But by far the best part of my experience was the kindness and professionalism of the staff and instructors. Monica was leading the HPF I attended and Kimberly was at the front desk when I was leaving the studio. Both are wonderful people and make one feel very welcome. I will return.
Studio is clean, teacher was great, and overall experience is excellent. Love the retail section also. (They need to add CPY stickers, like the Walnut Creek studio has)! :)
