I had not taken a HPF class in a while and I had shown up to a late morning class (11am) because it worked with my schedule perfectly. I had a one-to-one class with Melissa because no one else had signed up and it was such a treat for me! I haven’t felt so focused on my mat in such a long time and Melissa was kind enough to cater the class to meet my needs and we dedicated a portion of class really diving into something that I have been working on. I really appreciate it when classes aren’t canceled just because of a low turn-out, because those times are sometimes the only times I can attend (I have an odd work schedule). I look forward to my next HPF! Thank you Melissa for appreciating our shared time as much as I did!

I love the Yoga Sculpt and C2 class. I love the modern clean feel of the studio. I love the instructors!!! I think that the instructors are friendly, kind, energetic, talented, hard working, zen, and genuinely great people!!
The facility is inviting, professional, and clean. The instructors lead enjoyable, challenging flows. And the online/mobile experience ensures convenience to find a session that works for me and can reserve it easily. I look forward to the mask-requirement being lifted as its a soggy breathing experience, but understandable for a while longer.

Monica the instructor was amazing! I appreciate the small class size and the extra precautions the studio has taken as we are recovering from the pandemic. It is still really tough with class availability and needing to sign up before attending (I have been a minute late due to traffic...before it wasn’t an issue because I could attend the following class, but now we get fined on top of not being able to attend the next class if it is fully booked). I really enjoyed the flexibility of being able to drop into classes in the past, so this definitely requires of adjusting too

It’s just a great practice for the body and mind and you can’t emulate that with any other practice. The instructors know what they are doing and are kind. I love the variety and different scales of classes they offer.
