Service Master is a national franchise and they really train their staff at the local level. Service Master provides a two-step process and it is a great system of cleaning.We have lived in several communities across the country, and I know I can depend on skillful, professional service.
And yet, it does come down to the local owner, the actual person who comes to clean your carpet and furniture.
And the individual(s) we have had with ServiceMaster in Manhattan are Excellent. They are thorough, they make everything look great, they work on a stain or two if needed until it's right, and they price very predictably and fairly and well over the years.
This local company values my business and wants me as a repeat customer, year after year.

Our carpets are a light color and were completely dirty from our dog. My husband thought that we would just have to replace them they were so bad. I convinced him we should try cleaing first and I am so glad we did. They look amazing!
The young service man was very courteous and helpful. He did a great job and cheerfully moved some furniture, made sure it was back in place and explained our need to remove the little blocks under some of the furniture the next day. He took great care to remove some spots and feel he did the best job we have ever had done by a carpet cleaner. The rugs looked great when he was finished. Thanks for sending such a good worker and a nice gentlemen to help us out.
