I called because I needed to eliminate a pet odor in order to sell my house...that was the consistent feedback I've been getting on the showings. Steve Shook knew exactly what needed to be done. He told me that if he wetted and heated the padding, the smell would be worse for a few days, but offered to replace the soiled padding for a reasonable price (which I didn't know a cleaning company could do...you should really advertise that!), and rearranged his Friday schedule to fit it in before my open house the following Sunday. I can't afford new carpet and padding, so having the worst parts replaced was the next best thing. I knew it was risky to wet the carpet so close to the open house, but I was desperate for help...and I am so thankful I made the call! I have already recommended Servicemaster to a friend, and will continue to do so.
I haven't seen your last work yet, but I did hire Service master of Hays and saw the work right away, they were polite, fast, & the carpet looked VERY clean and so much better, we hardly knew they were there. Thank You very Much
