ServiceMaster always does a great job at cleaning my carpets. I do home daycare in my home. Steve has come out twice now while I was working. Besides being polite and courteous with me, he interacted with my daycare kids and showed them what he was doing and how things worked. One toddler was completely mesmerized by what he was doing and shadowed Steve so much a few times they bumped into each other. Steve would say, "Oh watch out Buddy." and then he'd go through the steps again with him and show the toddler what he was doing.

I was very satisfied with the service provided. They were on time and returned my calls as requested. They listened to what was needed and followed instructions to accommodate them. It was a little hectic as we were in the process moving things around so they could work. They also cared about my wife's health issues while she was being treated for serious health issues in KC.. I discussed estimates and scheduling with staff while I was in KC with my wife. Everything worked out. Thank you.

The service is prompt to show up on time. They do an inspection of what needs to be cleaned and check for areas that need some additional attention.
Carpets look brand new again, smell fresh, stains are gone, and carpet was dry within the timeframe quoted!
